- No Coaches allowed on the track or infield during the track races. We will have wristbands for field event coaches in the LJ/TJ, HJ and PV. There will be a coaches box set up for coaches in each event. Coaches must stay in the coaches box of that event. Wandering track coaches will be kindly returned to their event box. 😉

- The time schedule will be set after entries are finalized in early April. We will follow the Event order below:
- We did move a few events around from your normal Calif CIF event schedule.
- DISCUS! was officially added for the 2022 meet and we will have discus for 2024. The Discus ring is installed across from the stadium near our softball field. Big Thank you to Notre Dame Sherman Oaks Throws Coach Nick Garcia for making his ring and net available to South Pasadena. More instructions will be given for this event Thank you for following that guideline.
- Distance races and field events will be overseeded in anticipation of scratched. No alternates will be listed in those events.
- In the lane races once the scratch window closes we will move in the next athlete in any lane race and we will seed the meet. We will not have alternates in any events on meet day.
- Team invoice will be calculated after accepted entries are posted. Teams pay for all accepted entries. If a team scratches an athlete after accepted entries are finalized, that does not change the teams invoice amount due. So Coaches please confirm with your athletes on attending before entering them into the meet. We will have to cut 1000’s of entries as this is a highly entered track invitational. If you take an entry we could have given to another school, you will simply be charged for it.
- Late entry request. I have a few of the events with spots left open for late entries, some coaches have issues with not getting their athletes into Arcadia and missed our registration entry deadline. If we are able to accommodate any of these late late requests: There is a $50 administration late charge on top of entry fees, for that additional admin work that is needed at that point to make a late add happen. Please be aware of this before you contact for possible late adds.
- Team Fees: (fees are based on a team’s total entries after the scratch window closes. NOT THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ATHLETES ACCEPTED. If a team has only one individual athlete doing 4 events that would be 4 events x40$ each for $160. See the calculations below to determine your team fees. It scales lower as the more accepted entries a team. It lowers the per event fee according to the scale below)
- 1-4 individual entries: $40 per entry
- (ex: 4 entries x $40= $160)
- 5-10 individual entries $30 per entry
- (ex: 10 entries x $30= $300)
- 11-16 individual entries $25 per entry
- (ex: 15+ entries x $25 =$375)
- 17+ individual entries $20 per entry
- (ex: 20+ entries x $20 =$400)
- $40 per each relay
- There is no team max cap as this meet is mainly a smaller number of entries per school. Now a handful of schools do have a high number of accepted entries and need assistance with their team max fees, you can email me individually and we will take that max cap in a case by case situation. Ok to the good stuff: - Spectators are allowed at the meet.
- $15 adults,
- $10 for students,
- children 5 and under are free
- YouTube.com/hdRunners will be live streaming all of the track events. You can watch live on your phone or at home.
- Tents in the stands are allowed in both the Home and Away stand top rows only and not in front of the press box. Once full tents will have to go on the adjacent warm-up baseball field outfield.
- Extra Mile Timing will be doing the timing (CIF finals timing company) meetresults.net for live results
Medals. Tiger Invite Medals are back - Varsity Events: 1st thru 6th place for individual events
- Rising Stars 1st thru 3rd for Rising Stars individual events,
- Top 3 place in all relays. (The medals are on point.. your athletes will be pretty happy to take one of these home)
- Medals are handed out per overall times/marks when the event is completed. We do not medal per heat or flight but overall for the event. Please let your athletes know this.
- Medals will be picked up at the clerk of the course after the event results are online at meetresults.net
- DJ will be spinning tunes from the middle of the football field for most of the meet.
- Tasty Food Service will be offered from multiple food vendors. Check back for a list of vendors soon.
- We will have an Invitational t-shirt for sale with the custom print vendor on site for a meet shirt and other track items/ hoodies etc.
- Proud to have our returning Voice of the Tiger Invite: Announcer: Distance Coaching legend Ken Reeves. Coach Reeves will be on the mic to help take us through the day and evening and make the Tiger Invite come alive for you and your athletes.
