2025 Meet Program/heat sheets 4/7/25 Evening
Accepted Entries will be posted here Sunday 4/6/25 (7:30 PM) over 5000+ entries and still going through the verifications.
There is an unpublished wait list of scratches that will be moved into events, as scratches come in. There is no published alternates list but we will move in after scratches.
Scratches will only be taken by email to cbrichards600@gmail.com, no phone call or text will be accepted for scratches
Following the scratch deadline of 4/6/2025 7:00PM accepted final entries will be posted and team invoice amounts will be charges based on each school’s final accepted individual entries and relays:
Team Fees: (fees are based on a team’s total individual entries after the scratch window closes. NOT THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ATHLETES ACCEPTED. If a team has only one individual athlete doing 4 events that would be 4 events x40$ each event for $160. See the calculations below to determine your team fees. It scales lower $ as a team has more accepted entries.)
